In a small village surrounded by dense forests, there lived a black cat named “Lil”. Lil lived on the outskirts of the village, known for his wisdom and quick wit, but he was lonely because the villagers avoided him because of his black color, believing in superstitions that he brought bad luck.
One day, while Lil was wandering in the forest, he heard a muffled sound that sounded like a groan. His curiosity led him to the source of the sound, where he found a huge bull stuck in a muddy swamp. The bull was desperately trying to get out, but his heavy weight was drowning him even more. Lil approached cautiously, and said in a calm voice:
“Don’t be afraid, I’ll help you. But you have to trust me.”
The bull looked at the little cat in surprise, but he had no other choice. Lil started thinking quickly. He noticed a strong vine hanging from a nearby tree. He climbed the tree nimbly, bit the vine with his teeth until it fell to the ground, and then dragged it towards the bull.
“Tie it around your horns tightly!” “Lil said, as he was looking for a strong trunk to hold the vine. After a great effort, he began to pull the vine with all his little strength. He realized that he could not do it alone, so he quickly sneaked into the village and let out a loud meow to attract attention.
The peasants heard the strange sound and followed him into the forest. There they saw the black cat next to the stuck bull. They were very surprised, but they did not hesitate to help after seeing Lil’s intelligence and determination. They all joined hands and pulled the bull out of the swamp.
After the bull was saved, the peasants looked at the cat differently. They realized that his black color was only part of his appearance, and that his heart was full of goodness and courage. Since then, Lil became a beloved in the village, and a close friend to the bull, who was always grateful to him for saving his life.
Thus, the black cat became a symbol of courage and wisdom, dispelling all the old superstitions.
